Resources

Human resources are the most valued asset for AIS. We have stringent resource selection criteria to make sure that our resources have the basic requirements in terms of language and communication skills, and familiarity with localization tools. All our resources are:

• Native language speakers
• Min 4 years of experience
• Having university degrees for translators and MA for reviewers
• TRADOS efficient users

AIS team includes full-time translators&localizers, sector-specific resources, and independent subject matter experts, as well as senior level editors, print and online publishing professionals, and quality assurance specialists.

In addition, we invest much in qualifying our resources to meet our client's expectations. Resources receive on-going training sessions on localization project management, terminology management, translation memory and publishing tools.

Through work-driven resource management system AIS can:

• optimize workloads we are obliged to meet from our client
• ensure resource availability, even for tight project deadlines
• track individual capabilities for selecting the most appropriate resources
• track error rates
• assure consistency - not only between translators working in a single language but also across multi-language teams
